Returns & Exchanges

Shop with complete confidence.  It is core to our business that you have an excellent experience in selecting and buying your gear and that includes a seamless return and exchange process.

Any product purchased at Wiredsport may be returned or exchanged for up to 30 days after the item is delivered. 

We understand that giftgiving during the holiday period requires special understanding.  Items purchased between October 1st and December 25th may be returned until January 14th.

Items cannot be accepted for return or exchange once used or if incomplete. Please contact us if a used item is in need of warranty attention, and we will be happy to help.

A return authorization number is required for all returns and exchanges. A return authorization number may be obtained by using our contact form. We will need your name, email address, and Wiredsport order number. This is required to allow us to accurately track and manage return shipments.
