Wiredsport will automatically send you a UPS tracking # to
the email address that was used on our order form. This tracking #
will not be sent immediately after order
placement. It will be generated on the date of shipment, and will
be emailed to you by UPS at the end of that working day. For
example: If you place your order on a Friday, the order will ship on
Monday (or the next UPS working day). Tracking information will be
sent Monday and will arrive within 36 hours.
Shipments to outside of the Continental USA will be sent
with USPS Parcel Post Air, and will not receive tracking information
at any time. This service does not provide tracking
information.
Please email
customercare@wiredsport.com only if it
has been 36 hours after the date of shipment, and your tracking # has
not arrived at the email address that you used on our order form.
For your security, tracking information can not be sent to an alternate
email address.
