INTERNATIONAL POLICIES:

  1. Our listed prices are all in US Dollars.  The current exchange rate will be applied by the purchaser's credit card company at the time of the sale.  Wiredsport.com will only charge for the item price and shipping.  Additional taxes and border fees may be charged by the Purchaser's home country.

  2. All shipping and handling charges are at the expense of the purchaser, and are not reflected in the retail price of the item.   Our website shipping rates are based on shipping prices within the Continental US (options for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are also listed).  International orders (other than Canada) will be manually adjusted  based on the purchaser's country.  International shipments will be shipped USPS Parcel Post Air (typically 4-10 working days, but exceptions can take up to 2 months with current border security measures).  Certain items are unavailable for shipment to certain countries other than the US and Canada.  Please email any questions regarding rates and what items can be shipped to your country to customercare@wiredsport.com Our shipping methods (USPS Parcel Post Air, for instance) are products offered by the shipping company.  For more information on the standards for any specific shipping product, please visit that company's website.

  3. Once the purchaser has received the merchandise (as evidenced by the shipper record) they have a period of up to 2 weeks (14 days) to notify Wiredsport.com of an intent to return the product.  The product may be returned unused within this period for any reason.  After this one week period, a restocking charge of 10% of the original purchase price will be applied.  After this one week period, return of merchandise will be at the sole discretion of Wiredsport.com.  No items will be accepted for return once used, or if incomplete.

  4. No item may be returned or exchanged without first obtaining a return authorization number from Wiredsport.com.  This may be done using the this return authorization link.  This is required to allow us to accurately track and manage return shipments. 

  5. The freight in both directions is always the responsibility of the purchaser.  There is no refund of freight for returned items.

  6. The warranty on merchandise, is the warranty specified by the manufacturer of that product.  Wiredsport.com will assist in manufacturer warranty claims in any way possible.  The final decision on any warranty claim lies with the manufacturer.  Wiredsport.com offers no direct warranty.

  7. We do not share customer information with any outside groups or interests.  Your transaction with Wiredsport.com is entirely confidential.  We treat your email address, name, and physical address with the same respect as we would want our own treated.  Shop with confidence!
